Changing perspectives
Thanks for stopping by! At wear-axis.com , you can make frame purchases without any prescription lenses. Simply have them filled out at your regular optical store once the frames are delivered to your doorstep.

We are able to provide single vision prescription lenses along with your frames of choice if your required prescription falls within range of ±6.00 (or 600 degrees) and -2.00 (200 degrees) of astigmatism.

As online sales of prescription lenses are regulated by Singapore's Optometrists & Opticians Board, we are unable to cater to any prescriptions that go beyond these values, or other complex lenses such as multifocal/progressives, or lenses with in-built prisms.

To obtain a prescription, you can book an eye examination with our partner clinic, Asia Retina Eye Surgery Centre, or upload a photo* of your own prescription from your existing optical practice.

Do note that most spectacle prescriptions are only valid for 1 year from the date of the examination.

Hello there!
Selecting the Right Fit
The fit of an ideal pair of frames should sit just slightly wider than your face, with no more than a finger width allowance between the arm of the temple and your face. Frames that are too narrow will make your face appear much wider, while frames that are too wide for you will make your face appear disproportionately narrow.

A well-fitted pair of frames should also allow your eyes to be positioned within the centre, or towards the inner one-third of the lenses.

Sizing Guide

To determine if the frames size is suitable for you, refer to each item's Product Information.
All measurements provided are specified in millimetres (mm).

The temple length (the length of the 'arms', inclusive of the bent tips) is 145 mm.
Therefore, the size provided is recorded as 51-19-145 .

Additional details are also provided for reference, such as the total width of the frames (from screw-to-screw).
With reference to the above, the total width of the frames is 141 mm.
If you have a pair of spectacles or sunglasses lying around, you may be able to better visualize these dimensions with the use of a ruler and mirror.
